a. Service-Based Refunds
- Refunds for our services will be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract.
- There was a technical error or delay directly caused by 2XGRO that impacted the delivery of the service.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or as per the terms specified in the service agreement.
b. Non-Refundable Items
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed and delivered services where the agreed scope has been fulfilled.
- Custom or specialized services such as online reputation management (ORM), PR campaigns, or media buying, as these involve significant time and resources.
- Partial work if the cancellation request is made after the project is initiated.
c. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Cancellations
- You may request to cancel a service before it has been initiated or any work has been performed.

b. Cancellation Fees
- If cancellation is requested after work has begun, 2XGRO reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment as a cancellation fee to cover the costs of resources and time invested.
- The cancellation fee will be determined based on the progress of the project and outlined in our communication with you.
3. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Delays caused by third-party vendors, partners, or external factors beyond 2XGRO’s control.
- Services rendered based on incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
